In addition to her Coaching & Consulting work, Michelle was the former Community Producer & Host of the TV show, "Coaching for Today's Workplace" on Rogers TV for the Peel Region. In this role, Michelle sourced and interviewed subject matter experts to discuss current issues affecting today's workplace from the perspective of both the management as well as the employees.
