Professional Coaching is a strategic process which focuses on overcoming obstacles preventing you from obtaining your career goals.  Throughout this process, you will learn how to identify key challenges and build your skills to effectively manage or maximize the support you require to be successful in your work environment.   

 

Professional Coaching services vary in scope depending on the type of industry the client works in, the size of the company and the culture within which you are operating.

TYPES OF SERVICE

Sponsored

Professional Coaching Services can be financially sponsored by the organization as a service to enhance and develop the careers of their employees.  In such cases, the Coach will work collaboratively with the representatives of the organization and the employee to design and attain mutually agreed upon goals. 

 

Progress reports and other relevant feedback will be provided to all parties at designated intervals throughout the process.  This will allow for any customization or changes in the process to ensure the engagement is successful.  Most importantly, the coach will work in a manner which respects the privacy of the client, ethics of the organization and requirements of the business at all times.

Independent

Alternatively, individuals may choose to purchase professional coaching services independently.  In such cases, individuals are often seeking support to learn to effectively manage a current or upcoming issue that may be particularly challenging.  Alternatively, individuals may also work with the Coach to effectively prepare and manage the next stage of their career.  Examples include but are not limited to:

 

  • Promotions

  • Retirements

  • Downsizing

  • Restructuring

  • Changes in reporting relationships

  • Changes in culture due to mergers & acquisitions

HOW IT WORKS

Session Times

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long.  Customized sessions, including but not limited to 30, 45, or 90 minute sessions are also available upon request.

Session Frequency

Sponsored sessions will be determined the organization but will take into consideration the employee's preferences and schedule.  Independent sessions will be determined by the preference of the individual.

 

Typically, sessions are conducted on a weekly or biweekly basis.  However, this can be customized for optimal convenience.

Session Location

Session options include in-person, online using Skype or via telephone.  Locations for sponsored sessions will be determined by the organization but will again take into consideration the employee's preference and schedule.  Independent sessions will be determined by the preference of the individual.

 

Please be advised, any form of in-person sessions at an off-site location will be conducted at a mutually agreed upon pre-arranged location for the client and Coach.

Session Cost

Session prices vary depending on the quantity of sessions purchased.  Sessions are typically bundled into 6, 12 or 24 sessions.  However, customized bundles are available upon request to meet the needs of all clients.  The cost per session decreases based on the number of sessions purchased.  Additionally, all clients who are referred are eligible for a referral discount.  Please feel free to contact me for more details or to obtain a customized quote.
